One of those nice days
Mar. 8th, 2002 09:04 pmWoke up late, but that didn't really put a damper on my day the way it might have.
My friends rock. BB and Curtana and MM and even JW have agreed to try to shift their schedules around so I can continue playing in the D&D game. This is very good news indeed. I think I mentioned I really like this game, and it was really the only low point of getting a job that I would have to give it up. Now it looks like I won't have to.
Yay!
Anyway, looking forward to dinner with Poms tomorrow. I wonder if that's how he spells it? I've only heard his parents say it out loud. Not sure exactly what this dinner means. He said his sister gave him $50 as a birthday present to take me out to dinner. I hope I'm not reading more into this than there is. It would kind of suck if I got my hopes up for no reason. If we are on the same page, though, it could get very interesting indeed.
Seems like I'm in demand, lately. Not only am I seeing Firewillow for lunch tomorrow (decided I liked that name better for ALB), but RC wants me to have dinner on Sunday. Doubtless he's run out of friends to complain to again. Heh. *miaow*
I'm going to go to bed early from now on. I've found that it agrees with me. Ten o'clock max, except on gaming days. No more staying on the computer until all hours. I want to become boring and bourgeois, with my steady nine-to-five job. *g*
Hmm... *looks at watch* So much for ten o'clock. Oh well, close enough I suppose. Especially for a Friday night.
Getting up earlyish tomorrow. Have to clean room and wash hair before lunch with Firewillow. So tedious, but must be done.
