The Good Life

Spent the weekend in the GFHW. I am sunburnt and tired. There was booze, marshmallows, barbecue, and bonfire. Good friends, good conversations, cute cats. I had to force myself to come home tonight.

fearsclave burnt me a copy of "Escape To River Cottage," but sadly my DVD player does not appear to like it. I'm going to try and play it on my computer, but poor old Cleopatra really hates playing DVDs anyway, so I'm not holding out much hope.

Four and a half years, and I too will have that life. Four and a half years... it seems like a lifetime right now.

Off to bed. Tomorrow I have to work, and I have to buy dinner for the week and get all my stuff done, and I do believe the Sympatico guy is coming to check out my mystery connection issues.
