My supervisor's wife just got diagnosed with breast cancer. They don't know if they've caught it early, or whether it's another kind of cancer that's metastasized.

All we can do now is wait for results, after she has surgery.

He's a cancer survivor himself, and he worships the ground she walks on. :(
