My company at work. Sort of.

So many of you (ahem) may wonder exactly what it is I do, here at Boomerang Tracking. Well, I am a dispatcher. When we get an alarm for a stolen vehicle, and the client confirms that the vehicle is stolen, I send out a tracker to trace it. This is how the tracking process works:

Well, sort of. This is a video of Lo/Jack, our parent company in the U.S. It's highly, highly simplified, and trust me when I tell you that inside a tracker's car it is much, much louder, and much more cramped with equipment. Also, most of the time, the thief will be long gone by the time we find the car.

Still, this will give you an idea of what I do every day. :)

Since I work in an auto insurance call center this is really useful. You've actually given me a better idea of how the service works. Thanks! Now I'll be able to explain it better to customers.
