I rock, yes I do, and here's why

mousmeIt may come as a surprise to some of you that I am not a complete nincompoop about my personal affairs, in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Here's what I did today, apart from bitch and whine about my finances:
1- I found my boots.
2- I sat on the Financial Services Person Responsible For My Paycheque until he coughed up my money. $700 worth. Woohoo!
3- I managed, in spite of the two hours it took to get my paycheque, to *almost* fulfill my quota of pages today for my translation.
4- I paid off my Hydro bill in full, so they can't bitch at me anymore. Hah.
5- I also cleaned up a good portion of my apartment, with help from my mother, and I managed to be fairly civilised with her in spite of her tendency to point out the annoying and obvious six or seven times per annoying observation.
Conclusion? I have enough money for rent and Bigfoot, and I still have another paycheque which will be here in two weeks. I no longer have to worry about my electricity being cut off while I'm in Rawdon over the weekend, either.
*does happy arm-pumping thing* YESSSSSS!
