Yeah, I know. Not so much with the earth-shattering here, but eating healthy dinners (as opposed to something to which I can add boiling water, or forgetting entirely) is a fairly foreign concept to me.
It's not that I can't cook. I can cook, and quite well when I put my mind to it. I just usually can't be bothered to cook only for myself. I like cooking for other people.
However, I figure this is a good attitude adjustment to make: I am worth making the effort to cook a nutritious and tasty meal.
