Once, in a post?
In the text naming the icon (y'know, in that "manage icon" section)?
Somewhere on the icon itself? (Which would seriously take up a lot of space on the icon, especially if the person has a long name)
Some people are very cool about credit for their work, and others throw massive hissy fits. I'm just curious what the actual standard protocol is, if there even is one.
