I have spent one hour on the phone with a cranky old lady who, admittedly, got some bad service, but is still refusing to believe me when I tell her that the problem has been solved.

Now I have to completely fuck over my talk time by listening in on the supervisor's call.

Bugger.

I hope I get that translation job. I heard through the grapevine that there's an opening as of this Friday, so I sent in my C.V and am crossing my fingers.

Wonder where firewillow was today... she never answered any of my emails... *waves to firewillow*
