Am on hold now with my help desk because a stupid client wants to deactivate the phone live. Well, the agent wants to do it live anyway... :P

I hope they let me go home early. I applied, but I'm not holding out much hope here. It's dead, but I finish late enough that I'm not going to hold my breath.
