Got my first appointment with Cognitive Therapy Person on May 1st. Her name is Laura. Yes, I'm aware of the irony of seeing a therapist named Dr. Laura. ;)
Actually, I think she's only doing the evaluation. Apparently I'll be meeting a "team." I feel a bit like a test subject, but that's okay. I was warned that they're going to be using me to teach their students how to make other people better.
*feels vaguely like a guinea pig*
Am enthused about turn that my life is taking right now. It's still not fabulous in terms of my own self, but outside factors looking up. The rest will follow, I think.
