Quick post before bed

Man, I wish I had something interesting to post about. If I hadn't promised myself I would post here every day, I'd probably not have bothered at all today. But if I let having nothing interesting to say stop me, well, I'd never post at all. That's what happened for years, after all. So those of you who are still hanging in there after all this time will just have to put up with my lack of meaningful content a little bit longer. ;)
I had a nice Easter lunch over Skype with my parents, and took Peggy for a run in the fields. Her trainer, Santo, has a brand new eight-week-old German Short-haired Pointer puppy named Cayo Cocco ("Cocco" for short), who is SO CUTE I WANT TO DIE. Peggy ran over to say hi to Santo when we saw them, so I called her back with my whistle, and Cocco came flying across the field at me, overjoyed at the possibility of getting pets from a new human. His ears are SO SOFT and he is just the cutest thing ever. God, I love puppies.
That is literally it for me. Nothing else of note to report. Maybe tomorrow I will have something more fun for you all. Good night, dear friends' list!
