Does someone else want to write this article for me? I simply cannot seem to muster the enthusiasm about the new dispatching system that would enable me to write a fluff piece for it. In fact, I need to write about four fluff pieces.

I have a metric assload of other work to do, too, but I've procrastinated on this one long enough. I've already corrected a Power Point presentation in order not to do it, and I suppose I could do any number of other things, but at this point I can't justify it anymore.
