And it's still not over! *wail*

While not the gut-wrenching, soul-torturing pit of despair and self-loathing last week was, this week wasn't fabulous either.

*sigh*

Mostly it was frustrating. Dr. Yap wants me to make a pact not to hurt myself at all during therapy, and I'm just not sure I can do that. First of all, signing a contract not to just makes it that much harder to resist doing it, and then I know I'll feel even worse if I do, and then I'd probably lie about it and feel like more crap, and then the cycle would start all over again.

Shyte.

Anyway, that aside, work has been boring and frustrating. I want to get the f*ck out of this department and do something more interesting, or at least less repetitive.

It didn't help that for three days there were *no* calls at all, or almost none.

Generally I tend to deal with about seventy customers or so over an eight-hour period, but yesterday I had a total of 32 calls all day, and five calls in the last three hours. Needless to say, I was bored out of my skull.

On top of that, the work servers are really slow, so I can't even chat with Firewillow because she only gets my emails every 45 minutes or so.

Bleah.

I can't wait to go up to Rawdon. I need a friggin' break from the city and from the neon-lit cubicle that has become my second home.

I need a car, too. This whole hour to an hour and a half schlep to work (and back) every day is ridiculous. *sigh* If I only had the money for it...

I'm rambling. Break is nearly over. *mope*

Time: 18:00
Number of calls: 34
Number of sales: 4 (one up on yesterday, but nowhere near my quota of 10 per day

Firewillow is off watching Lilo & Stitch, so no emailing.

The lines are DEAD! Dead, I tell you, DEAD! DEAD! DEAD! DEEEEEAAAAAAD!

I need to take up knitting or something to occupy my hands while I'm not online. Otherwise I'll just end up spamming all my friends with this LiveJournal.

I wonder what I did with my character stats for Fearsclave's Mage game? I'm gonna need those tomorrow...

No sign of their letting me off early tonight either, damn them.

Maybe there's a Photoshop application on this computer. I could whip up a nice little nameplate for myself instead of the purple monstrosity they gave me at work until they can get me a real one...

*looks around computer*

Nope. *siiiiigh*

*drums fingers on desktop*
