Sadness and woe

I think the Brandywines are gone. I'm going to fuss over them a bit this weekend, but if they haven't recovered by Monday I'll have to replace them with others from the market. I am really, really upset about this. :(

raven_albion tells me that the tomatoes ought to be put out to "harden" first, and then should be transplanted in June. I believe I shall try that next year.

The only problem with putting them out to harden off is remembering to take them in again overnight. I always forget at least once.
