Don't RCMP officers just glare at the papers until they meekly affix themselves together of their own accord? Or did they not teach you that trick yet? :)

We're supposed to ask them nicely. Paper these days isn't like it used to be, y'know. Back in the old days, it used to arrange itself when told, but nowadays it's all these new Post-Its who think they're all that. Punks.
