Did anyone forget to fill-out the requisite permission form in triplicate five colour-coded copies six months ago to get the copy of the request form for the staples?

Don't RCMP officers just glare at the papers until they meekly affix themselves together of their own accord? Or did they not teach you that trick yet? :)
