yeah, I know, and it's coming from the west, the direction I cycle home in. took me almost twice as long to get home as usual today, and several times I was blown almost completely to a standstill.
The cop reporter and I have been discussing the merits of night shifts all through our night shift. She's a morning person and really likes the 6 a.m. start time (especially since it's quiet around here before managers arrive). Me, I'm all about nights ... but I haven't had to do an overnight in a long while.
