The carpet guy is refusing to do the installs until we pay him. We can't pay him because the Accounts Payable person isn't here. I have to reschedule another fucking carpet anyway for tomorrow because the ass-hatted carpet guy doesn't understand the basic concept of scheduling.
So client A) is having his carpet done six hours late, and client B) is being pushed back a whole day, supposing he can clear his schedule for us.

I'm a little tired of fixing the constant fuck-ups that have been happening around here due to everyone being stressed out of their minds and there being no money. I spend all my time fixing shit, and then people are surprised when my work isn't done. Grah!
I really, really wish I didn't have such a good work ethic (Action Woman would be so disappointed in me). I wish my work ethic allowed me to not care about how much work I'm going to leave undone when I leave this job on Friday.
