Okay, so I'm awake. Sue me, my head hurts.


I just found out that A. A. Milne's wife's first name was Daphne. For some reason, that just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I am absurdly pleased.


So here's a random question for the flist: which Winnie-the-Pooh character are you most like and why? (This question inspired by borrowedwings' potential new employer)

Oh, so very much underrated. Owl may have had intelligence, but Eeyore always struck me as being the wise and considerate one. Also, patient.

I also can't help feeling that sometimes, when he seems to be at his most passive-agressive and gloomy, he's really gleefully poking fun at the others.

I agree. Eeyore has his tongue planted firmly in his cheek most of the time, I think. Although, at the same time, I'm pretty sure he believes what he says.
