I would just like to take this moment...

... to thank my stomach for reacting to stress by turning into a pain-filled ball of badness.
True to form and right on cue (and right on schedule for the middle of the month too, I might add, dammit!), it has twisted itself into a knot, is doing things I won't describe in order to avoid TMI at this barbaric hour of the morning, and is generally making my life unpleasant.
Have downed lots of Tylenol (and am off to work early, because I can't stay very late today).
Gah.
Can't wait for the migraines to hit.
Today is going to be just. fucking. great.
Owie.

Really, hun. You gotta find something or someone you can unload all yer stress on in a regular manner. Not volunteering, but I've noticed a real high string habit when it comes to you. Stress is one of those nasty things that ultimately is your own fault. No, I don't mean that all your stress causing problems are your fault, that would be silly, but rather that stress can only really screw with your life if you let it.
You've got friends, you've got family, you've got cats. This kinda support structure only exists to help you out when things start to top up.
Gods, listen to me.
