... that Gretzky went to the vet today, in our ongoing quest to be hold the record for World's Most Expensive Ear Infection.

She was a very good girl and was very brave, and now we have ear drops and junk to take care of for another ten days to two weeks, by which time things will hopefully have improved.

I also had a guilt-free afternoon with my mother, which is a thing to be treasured, for it is rarer than a salt-water pearl the size of my fist. ^_-

Now, I am going to bed.
