Brunch!

Brunch is on again this week. Not that it was off last week or anything, but I'm back this week from the Rural Wastelands, which is an extra special bonus.

So, here's the deal: this Saturday, 10:30 am at the Eggspectations in the AMC Forum.

We're usually there until about 12:30, for those of you who can't seem to drag yourselves out of bed in time. Latecomers are welcome. :)

Do try to RSVP if you think you can come but are going to be late, that way I can get a table that'll fit us all. The manager knows us, but is starting to get a bit snippy with us when he has to start moving vast numbers of tables to accommodate large numbers of unexpected people. :)

Wherein I update from work when I shouldn't...

So...

My instincts are telling me to go one way with my life, and my intellect is telling me to go another way. My instincts are pulling really strongly in one direction, while my intellect tells me that I'm crazy,

Generally speaking, when I'm stable, my instincts have never let me down.

Plea for help...

Okay, I need to not be alone with myself tonight.

This isn't a crisis or anything. I just don't want to spend the whole evening alone. I'm in a weird sort of headspace, wherein everything in me is screaming for change and nothing in my circumstances really permits it, so I kind of want someone who'll either talk me down or keep me company until I talk myself down.

Or something. I don't know. Someone who'll have a cup of tea with me.

My apartment is clean. So if you want to come by, I'll change the cat litter and make tea, and even stop by the dollar store and pick up some mugs so we can have more tea, and buy food and stuff.

Anything at all, I swear. Just say the word. :)
