mousmeI had an epic battle to the pain with the chicken I wanted to roast today.
1- Burnt the rice for the stuffing.
2- Cut open my finger cutting up bits & pieces for the stuffing.
3- Nearly dropped the chicken.
4- Got tackled by four cats all wanting the chicken for themselves.
5- Put the chicken in the oven but forgot to stuff it.
The chicken is now roasting, but egads! Cooking shouldn't be this strenuous. :P
