Lazy morning

I've been having a lot of those recently. There was one just two weeks ago! It's awesome. I got up at 08:30, and managed to pull something in my neck, which is now sore. It hurt excruciatingly at first, so I'm glad it's down to a dull twinge now: it means it's not serious.

I made myself a special "lying-in" breakfast of bacon and eggs, instead of the usual toast. Yummy.

I have overextended myself this week. Too many plans, not enough time. That's always the trouble with having a week off. I try to cram everything I haven't been able to do before into those few days, and my vacation ends up not being all that restful.

Oh well.

I am off to lunch with friends today. Looking forward to it. :)
