mousmeApparently good old common sense and a whole lot of "Chicken Soup For The Disillusioned Society's Soul" is now being labelled as a "scientific" approach to happiness.
Give me a break. This isn't science. It's an Oprah's Top Ten List of How To Be A Happy And Fulfilled American (though I do note that they encourage one to get involved in one's church or mosque, which amuses me for some reason).
