Bluebook was fading away due to a certain amount of self-perpetuating apathy and some GMing issues. We started up a spinoff with some changes that will hopefully prevent the same kind of deadly inertia from taking hold too quickly. Bluebook had a six-year run, though, which is something like 60 years in Internet time. Not half bad, really.
