You would need a working knowledge of French, yes. We take calls from clients who are reporting stolen vehicles and/or returning our own calls concerning false alarms, and some of our trackers are more comfortable in French than English. So you have to be able to understand French and make yourself understood. No one's asking for perfection, and 99% of the documentation is in English, but verbal skills in French are required.
