mousmeSo once again, we had a new chapter which could be titled "Phnee Learns About Managing Her Finances Properly the Hard Way."
Luckily, it was sorted out with few problems, but the timing was unfortunate, since everything was closed for New Year's, which forced me offline until tonight.
Let's just say that if you cancel a credit card, you should remember to switch all your automatic payments to another form of payment. Sheesh. Frustrating, but entirely my own fault.
I have a ton of catching up to do, not to mention some posting of my own. After all, it is the New Year, and I am cautiously optimistic about how 2005 may turn out. I'm just crossing my fingers, hoping that January won't suck. So far, ever since 1992 or thereabouts, my Januaries have all sucked to some extent, with some being far worse than others, of course.
Anyway, first things first. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
