How hard is it to learn PowerPoint?

Are tutorials available on the internet? Is there any way I can get it on a Mac? Any way I can get it on a Mac without it costing me ten billion dollars? (So I can practice...)

I just saw a job posting which could be useful, except it insists that candidates know PowerPoint.
