I don't think her symptoms are actually in line at all with SARS...
She'd need to have a fever of over 104, at least, and a dry cough. I think those are the main bits, anyway. And also contact with someone else who has it. Significant contact, even. It is contagious, but not "I saw someone walk across the street who was later doiganosed so I may have it'. More like "I work with/live with thise person on a daily basis" contact. Anyway.
