resourcefulHuh. I would like to be a resourceful person. Resourcefulness is a quality I admire very much in other people.
strongWeirdly enough, I've been working on my physical strength lately. I've been altogether too focused on the mental aspect of my life, and so now I'm trying to match up my physical aspect. I was inspired lately by
urban_homestead, who mentioned in a recent entry that she has always prided herself on her strength (among many other qualities), rather than on being small and slim, and I think that this is an attitude I ought to embrace as well. So.
loyalI am built a little bit like a golden retriever, personality-wise. I am very loyal to my friends (although I suck at keeping in touch). Loyalty is a quality I prize in others, and to a certain extent I require it of my friends and loved ones in no small measure.
dedicatedI'm going to sound like a broken record, but this is yet another quality that I think is important in life: dedication to one's ideals, to one's friends, one's work. Dedication is what sees us through to our goals.
creativeI like to think of myself as a creative person. I write, I knit, I put on plays for my friends once a year. I taught myself to play the drums, and occasionally I come up with off-the-wall ideas. I enjoy being a creative person, although sometimes I have to channel it into not-especially-creative tasks. It makes it more fun, at the very least.
