Day of rest

Okay, so today isn't exactly going to be a day of rest, since I worked all night. That being said, I am planning to spend the whole day sleeping. Yes, the whole day.

My home is clean, my dishes are done. My errands have all been run. I have nothing to do all day today except sleep. I suppose I could always find myself stuff to do (I have unused veggies clamouring to be made into soup, for instance), but I'm not going to. After the debacle of not-sleeping on Monday, and spending half the day awake yesterday, today will be a proper sleep day.

So say we all.

In other news, Litigious!Coworker has called in sick until January 5th. I would be more thrilled if the day she was coming back didn't also happen to be my birthday. Happy frakkin' birthday, Phnee. :P Still, that's a whole two months more without her, so yay!

Roll call for books, CDs and DVDs

Dear flist,

Many of us are in the habit of lending each other books, CDs and DVDs. I lend out and borrow many. As a result of shoddy bookkeeping (no pun intended), I have lost track of where all these things belong in the universe.

I therefore have two requests.

1- If you currently have a book, CD or DVD of mine (or more than one), please let me know.

2- If I currently have a book, CD, or DVD of yours (or more than one), please let me know as well.

I have made up two Excel spreadsheets at work (it's night shift and I have not much else to do), which with any luck will help me keep tabs on such things in the future.
