Because, naturally, killing the leader of the opposition is really going to solve the problem of interracial/interethnic/interreligious conflict in Palestine.
Really.
I mean, Canadian politics might be really, really weird and clearly smoking crack lately, but at least our version of discrediting the opposition is to qualify them as "an evil reptilian kitten-eater from another planet."
