As for the podcasts, it's my pleasure! I listened to one in the car today that had me laughing because he had to stop halfway through to go fetch one of his horses that had escaped the barn.
Some of the interviews are hit-and-miss, and after his sabbatical year ends the frequency drops alarmingly, but overall I'm finding them very interesting and motivating, at least.
