The thing about losing touch with people, is that they've lost touch with you too, often for similar reasons (busy, family, work, life). They may be thinking the same thing that you are, "I'd like to reconnect but..." There's no harm in picking up the phone or sending an email that said "Life's been crazy, and I was thinking of you, how the hell are you?". Know what I mean Vern?
I have a friend that lives way the hell up north in Blind River, and I sometimes don't see him for years and when we get back together it's like we were never apart!
And the thing about face eating demons, it only hurts until it stops ;)
