I had a guy add me who was clearly pimping his books and such. I said, "This is my personal journal, I only add people I'd interact with, so if all you're doing is amassing numbers for SEO, you stop it. I'm not adding you" He says fine, that wasn't his intent. Well here it's been several months and NO interaction, all of his posts are doofy promo crap. (You know when you friend someone, you boost their blog's relevance- particularly if their blog name is their business name. Anytime someone google's their name, everyone who has friended them shows up because their blog/business name is on your friends list.)
