This is what happens when people are overworked

I think everyone at work is pretty stressed. My coworker is having... not an argument, but a tense conversation with her daughter (who also works here) on the phone about Christmas. They too are having a tough time handling both Christmas and all the extra work this week.

It's pretty sad. Everyone is on edge, and it's sort of making the holidays feel not so festive.

I hope things get better soon.
