Well, all pies and baked goods, I guess, but the big issue was, 9/11/2001 shortly followed by Thanksgiving 11/2001, and people had pies, and the security agents went berserk and wanted to "search" their pies.
The news was full of weeping grandmas whose pies had been destroyed right in front of them for no reason. (Why not just xray the pie if you're that paranoid?)
I hope Obama restores some sanity to our air travel security. A lot of the stuff confiscated is just being stolen, IMHO, like jewelry "with dangerous pins!" and yes, a Medal of Honor they attempted to confiscate for the same reason. Ptui! And these are not real employees, these are contract workers hired so that their owners, companies like Halliburton, can skim and then kick back the skim to politicians by way of "campaign contributions," i.e., bribes.
