I think I'll have to do some looking into green men/women, to see if I can gain any more understanding of them. They fascinate me, but I don't have that much knowledge on the matter.
Among other things, the green man/woman speaks to that which is growing---or dormant, or germinating---inside of us, and as such they are mysterious and enigmatic and elusive. We're not meant to understand them completely--that's part of their fascination!
