There are millions of freeware programs that will batch-resize and rotate your images. I use ACDSee, and there's a download link for the Mac version here. Or you could try some of the ones here. And upload the pictures to Flickr or Photobucket, both of which have simple batch upload capabilities so that you can upload everything at once. Seriously, it will save you hours of time and frustration.
