It's too long, and you need to get your relevant parts to a doctor of said parts, and do whatever they tell you do to.
I was in denial about this stuff myself: "it's only stress" or "it's only all those boxes I lifted."
It wasn't, and yours isn't either. Get thee to a doc! It might be only Bad Lite, but it surely ain't good, so get going.
