Four and a half hours later...

The laundry is all done (the last load is drying as we speak). The bathroom is clean, although I should give the floor a wash.

The kitchen is clean, except for the floor-washing. That will happen at the same time as I wash the dining-room floor. I even emptied the refrigerator. I think the top of the kitchen cabinets needs washing, but that qualifies as a Special Project and will be reserved for another day.

I think I've already mentioned once or twice that I really, really hate washing floors.

I'm having dinner with the Parental Units tonight. If I'm feeling brave and energetic, I may tidy up the bedroom when I get home again. That will leave me with only two rooms left (albeit the ones that are in the worst shape) to deal with.

Tomorrow, the Crusade for Cleanliness continues!

No floor washing for me today, but I did manage to clean the entire meditation room. Dusting, vacuuming, wiping down; also taking care of all the plants in there (trimming off dead leaves, repotting, etc.). Took the better part of the evening. Hope your parental dinner was far more entertaining than my cleaning adventure!
