Nattering about television

I am not allowed to borrow DVDs anymore. I obviously can't be trusted to show any self-restraint. I finally finished Season 3 of "Babylon 5" (and can I just say "AAAAAUGH!"), and then blazed through ALL of "Slings & Arrows." God, that show is funny, and it made me laugh out loud and cry and not want to stop watching.

*sigh*

Clearly, I can't be a responsible adult around good shows when they're not rationed out in weekly dosages by the television. But it was sooo good. I think I may spring for the DVD after all, and see if I can get my greedy little mitts on the second season. It was awesome.

Now I just have the rest of "Babylon 5" to watch (thank goodness there's too much of each season to watch in one sitting, otherwise I might accidentally end up doing that again), as well as the second season of Deadwood, which I should probably watch next. It'll put me back in a more Deadlands-ish headspace to write BTP too, or so I hope.

Yes, when I drop off Jan's slipper socks. Hopefully this afternoon on the way home from collecting the boy.

Programs? You mean VHS recordings? I still haven't been able to find those after losing them three moves ago.

No, he means the paper programs listing who is in the show, etc. He was searching for his last night and couldn't find them...

Ah, those. They're in a box downstairs somewhere, and we all know what that means. Even if I knew where the box was last week, I wouldn't this week.

LLO.org has cast and crew listings for most of the shows in the past ten years, though. The info he's looking for may be there. Unless, of course, it's one of the ads he's seeking, in which case one would definitely need the paper copies.
