Does asking her out break your golden rule about not dating anyone more messed up than you are (which, by the way, from the perspective of several more years of experience and failed relationships, I very heartily endorse)? If not, ask away!

As far as I know, she's less crazy than me. Of course, I don't know her that well, but she seems a lot more stable than *cough* some of the people I've dated in the past.
