Why me? I mean, only in my life could my bathtub choose to leak and be stopped up at the same time.

If I'd gotten up an hour later the apartment below me would be flooded, so it's a good thing I get up early. It also means that I'm stuck at home all day and jeopardising my job not to mention that I have to find somewhere to put my car during the hours I'm not allowed to park on my street.

So far I've applied a band-aid solution of Drano and something to catch the water while the Drano does what it's supposed to do. Aaaugh! I'm a Customer Service Rep, not a plumber!

I know that you've found a temporary solution to the drain problem, but still loosing the day of work really sucks. Don't they have something about emergencies?
