Heh. This is my *only* free weekend in all of August. Therefore the To-Do list is pretty extensive. I know it's ambitious, but some of it is multitaskable, like laundry and dishes and calling my parents. Also, if I don't get it done this weekend, it'll be another two weeks before I can realistically get to it.

I think I underestimated just how much rhubarb I have. O_O

Rhubarb can be amazingly prolific, can't it? I quite literally multiply the rhubarbecue sauce recipe by 10 when I make it. A heaping stockpot full of barbecue sauce! I have a 'rhubarb' tag in my journal for other ways to use it up, if that helps. These days I never have enough because I juice it in the steam juicer and the kids can drink literally quarts of the stuff a day. I am thinking of getting another 5 rhubarb plants to compensate. If you ever feel like driving out here to borrow my steam juicer, feel free!

Do you need to get rid of some of the rhubarb? I could probably take some.
