OK, you know, I don't think I actually know if you're still going to a therapist/counsellor/other such person. I can't recall you mentioning it at all for some time.

No, indeed, I haven't been seeing a professional regularly since 2005. I had semi-regular check-ins with my psychiatrist up until last year when he pronounced me officially not-crazy. :)
