After a really really intense workout at the gym, where my trainer made me run suicides up and down the stairs —twice— I appear to be having a mild asthma attack for the first time in fifteen years.

Awesome.

Here's hoping the coughing stops before I go to bed. Bleah.

Thanks. It's been clearing up steadily since I posted, and it was pretty mild to begin with. I never even used an inhaler when I was younger, either. Just wheezed unattractively for a while. ;)

coffee helps open up your bronchial passages. I don't know if it's because of the caffeine, but it works.
