Re: L; it almost certainly has nothing to do with you. Something similar happened to me with my line manager years ago. He was irritable, difficult to deal with, and snappish all of a sudden, after having been a really nice guy to work for. One day a co-worker said in the break room "Manager just snapped at me for no reason at all. He's been like that lately. I wonder what I've done?" and I said, "Oh, good, it's not just me!" It turned out that he had a major life catastrophy that had nothing to do with us or work (his wife had had a miscarriage) that he was (obviosuly) having trouble coping with, and this was making him irritable with us.
