Bleargh...

Throwing up at work = not fun.

However, it does seem to have helped with the nausea *and* the headache, oddly enough. So, I'm going to stick it out a while longer and see if everything settles back down.

Now I just have to find some gum.

Bleah.

Bleah indeed! Guh, I hate throwing up. Hate hate hate. I send you warm tea thoughts.

I remember the last time I had the unfortunate experience of throwing up at work. I was still a newlywed and all my female corworkers had themselves some shit eating grins. Too bad for them it turned out to be some awesome food poisoning.

The only thing worse than actully throwing up is feeling like you're about to throw up.

I hope you find your gum. And the warm tea sounds pretty good too. Tea has a mildly astrignent action, so it helps settle tummies.

For me, throwing up at work=I go home. Throwing up before work=I don't go. Throwing up for me means I am really, really sick.

GO HOME!!! O_o

Don't they give you sick days? If ever there was a good reason to use them, is one! Go home, rest, get better!

*hugs* [from a safely non-contagious distance ^_^]
